Dr. Alyson Gerdes is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist who earned her Ph.D. from Purdue University in 2004. She has been a faculty member at Marquette University (MU) since 2004. At MU, Dr. Gerdes trains clinical psychology doctoral students and conducts research on childhood ADHD and student wellness. She joined the LifeStance (formerly Cornerstone Counseling) team in 2021 and sees clients 1 day/week. She is an empathetic listener who enjoys working with children, teens, and adults. When working with children who are experiencing ADHD or behavioral issues, Dr. Gerdes works within a behavioral framework.

Kristine Jacobs is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Wisconsin who has been practicing since 2015. She has a BS in Psychology from University of Wisconsin-Madison and an MSW from University of California, Los Angeles. With more than 19 years of experience working with children and families, Kristine understands the complexities of child development. In the past 8 years as a licensed mental health professional, she has worked with children ages 2-18. Kristine has specialized training in child trauma, treatment for young children with behavioral problems, and families with adoption-specific issues.
