Hello, I’m Taylor—a telehealth licensed professional counselor (LPC) with over 7 years of experience in the mental health field. Choosing a therapist can feel daunting and overwhelming. My goal in therapy is to create a non-judgmental space where you can grow to your fullest potential. I use numerous theories in an attempt to cater the experience to your specific needs. I often pull from DBT, in which I have over 40 hours of intensive training in; and, I also utilize motivational interviewing, CBT, and person-centered approaches.
I have worked with all ages in my career, but find I highly enjoy working with Gen Z and Millenials in navigating the unique stressors faced by these generations. Common areas I work with are: life transitions, ADHD struggles, navigating the effects of trauma, LGBTQ+ related issues, living with anxiety, and severe depression symptoms
I do not believe that therapy is always comfortable, AND that it still can be transformative. My goal is always to provide support and tools for growth, while challenging you and holding you accountable to your goals.
