I read somewhere that life is a series of hellos and goodbyes. While life is certainly much more complicated than that, we do encounter this ebb and flow in relationship to ourselves and others. From nagging psychological shifts, spiritual insights, relationships, and life changes, to the ultimate shift of dying and death, our souls seek our attention in our suffering. As a pastoral counselor, I am trained to listen to and look for the patterns and unsettled places in your life that are of a spiritual and psychological nature. If you find yourself at a threshold, then maybe together we can explore the restlessness and uncertainty to help you live a meaningful and integrated life. While often not easy, it's worth the work.
