I believe that the desire for hope in the midst of challenging circumstances is a theme for many seeking counseling. We all need hope as we deal with the difficulties of life. However, you do not have to face the struggles of life alone. I see counseling as a process of working through obstacles, thoughts, difficulties, and emotions together in order to grow, become stronger, successful, and more confident in dealing with life.
Through personal relationships and professional guidance, I want to help individuals build confidence, handle pressure, and improve consistency to reach overall success. I enjoy working with athletes within all sports and of all ages to achieve their personal goals by forming a plan that is specially tailored to their needs.
I not only work with athletes but with individuals that need help in overcoming life's obstacles. I use therapeutic methods to find helpful solutions to alleviate situations and address deeper thoughts and beliefs that tend to drive us.
