We can’t erase the past, but we can pave the future. We have a lived experience that either shouldn’t have happened or should’ve been different, maybe it was an isolated incident, or maybe it was more complex. We carry this burden and it presents as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, substance use issues, or maybe a combination. Just as trauma changes us, we can change how we continue to live our lives moving forward. With a passion for helping individuals navigate the complex journey of healing from traumatic experiences, my goal is to empower clients and foster post-traumatic growth while they begin to reclaim their lives.
My passion and experience is working along side those who have experienced trauma within a professional capacity by providing space where we can navigate the demands of your profession, cope with trauma, and manage the emotional toll that can come with serving in law enforcement, military, and first responder careers.
