So many barriers can get in the way in our lives, taking the steps to initiate your journey to self care can be the most difficult. Once you take the first step, the second one is always easier. I have 18+ years of experience with working with children and adults. I am trained in EMDR and TF-CBT therapies and utilize cognitive behavioral therapy along with mindfulness and meditation techniques. I have had significant training and experience with working with trauma and assisting with the healing process.
I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing and Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapies. I utilize several therapy modalities along with mindfulness, and meditation and focusing on giving ourselves grace.
I offer a holistic approach to treatment and believe that our body and mind are connected, and we can utilize many different tools to bring them together to a calm place. I look so forward to hearing from you.
