Thank you so much for viewing my profile. Making our health a priority and reaching out can be so difficult. So many barriers can get in the way in our lives and taking the steps to initiate your journey to self-care can be the most difficult. Once you take the first step, the second one is always easier. I am trained in EMDR, IFS, and TF-CBT therapies and utilize cognitive behavioral therapy along with mindfulness and meditation techniques. I have had significant training and experience with assisting with life transitions, relationship issues, trauma, domestic violence, and assisting with the healing process.
I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing and Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapies. I have completed an IFS Introduction Training, and I am IFS informed. I utilize several therapy modalities along with mindfulness, and meditation.
I offer a holistic approach to treatment and believe that our body and mind are connected, and we can utilize many different tools to bring them together to a calm place. I look so forward to hearing from you.
