I want to help people feel better. You don't have to have extreme TRAUMA to need trauma work. You don't have to be suicidal to know that depression is a part of your life. You don't have to experience a panic attack to be having problems with anxiety. We all experience different levels of these problems in our lives and my goal is to work through these concerns and make a stronger person through a therapeutic relationship.
I have experience with many different populations, sexual orientations, cultures, and varying degrees of mental health needs. I use multiple modalities of therapy that best fit you including EMDR, Brainspotting, Sand Tray, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Brief, Solution Focused Therapy. I have certifications in anxiety and telehealth.
Honest communication between client and therapist is the most important part of therapy and I can handle the fears and scary parts of your life or feelings. I will work with you to decide the right intervention, the goals and time frames for making therapy a helpful, good experience and not another thing to worry about.
