I can help you with your trauma, coming out, transitioning, gaining acceptance, or finding your place in this world for youth and adults. I will help on your terms, not mine, and we work as a team. If you are having a hard time with any aspect of you life and need a relaxed, non-judgemental approach than I am the perfect fit. As gender specialist and transgender individual, I cherish acceptance and understanding towards all variants of life. I have a lot of experience with the LGBTQ+ and polyamorous community. I also specialize in suicide, self harm, stress, crisis, complex trauma, dissociative disorders, & personality disorders.

I specialize in treating co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders, anxiety and panic, depression, adjustment, and personality disorders. ​ I draw from Dialectic Behavior, Rational Emotive, and Solution Focused therapies. I believe in a multifaceted approach that is person centered. Everyone is unique and deserves an approach that feels safe and provides an excellent outcome. ​ I believe that supportive and open dialogue in the therapeutic relationship drives realization by identifying barriers and breaking through them to achieve personal goals.

Followed by the use of unhealthy coping skills (alcohol, drugs, excessive social media, etc.) to bring desperate moments of relief, only to be caught in a vicious cycle. I am interested in continuing my work with those living with mental health concerns as well as those that are dedicated to working through their traumas related to their childhood and adult experiences. It is my continued hope that I will be able to assist those we serve, to do and feel the same with their trauma and addiction through EMDR and treatment.
