I am a licensed clinical social worker with 10+ years of experience having spent most of my early career working with families impacted by the child welfare system in New York City. I am fluent in American Sign Language and have worked closely in/with the Deaf community.

I have authored 9 books, am a licensed art therapist, certified yoga therapist, yoga teacher, EMDR trained clinician, and Ericksonian trained hypnotherapist. As an expressive art/ yoga therapist, I offer both somatic-oriented work and expressive outlets. While we will certainly talk about your issues, we clearly have other means of communication available for articulating and directing your wellness.

We have over 15 years of experience treating ADHD/ADD, Grief, Depression, Anxiety, Trauma, Psychosis, Dementia, and other related conditions.. Visits are conducted in person or by video. We have interpreters for most languages and ASL available. We want you to feel that you are being heard, that your concerns are being addressed, and that you are treated appropriately.
