Hi! My name is Ashley and I am a LMHC. My role is to guide you and assist you in processing and/or dealing with your present concerns. I have been a practicing social worker for many years. I have a great deal of experience working with adolescents and young adults, as well as families and couples. My specialties include issues with substances--use, abuse and dependence--and family problems. I practice solution based treatment and work within various modalities. Hi, I'm Dr. Allegra Borghese. I'm passionate about helping people connect to their innate resources for healing and making meaning. In addition to my doctorate from Fordham University, my training includes work in psychiatric hospitals, VA hospitals, addiction and eating disorder facilities, college counseling centers, and communities clinics.
