I work with children, adolescents and adults offering psychotherapy and counseling services for anxiety, depression, loss, relationship difficulties, family dysfunction and reproductive disorders and infertility for individuals, families, couples and groups. Because I believe in the mind-body connection I also work with people to achieve healthy weight loss and optimal health offering health coaching towards learning transformational habits of health.

I received my doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Long Island University - CW Post, with a dual concentration in psychodynamic and cognitive behavioral therapy. I have trained at: Child Mind Institute, NYU Child Study Center, Northwell Health Cohen’s Children’s Hospital, New York City Children’s Center, Hofstra University and the Center for Anxiety.
