Does your neurodivergent brain struggle to deal with the non-neurodivergent world? Are you struggling with a daily slog through exhaustion? Or with finding friendships and relationships? Maybe you have such high anxiety that the idea of talking to anyone is overwhelming? If you have ADHD you might not be able to keep up with chores at home. If you have Autism maybe you are consumed by making sure everything is ‘just so’. And if you have both (AuDHD) you might just feel paralyzed. Having a diagnosis or suspecting you are neurodivergent can be helpful, but may also raise so many questions you’re not sure where to start.
I work with clients who long to… overcome anxiety's grip, mend strained relationships, navigate past traumas, and find strategies to thrive in a world not always attuned to their neurodivergent experiences. Regardless of what brings you here, this is a judgment-free space where you can express your authentic self, and feel truly validated.
Over the years I have helped clients find insight, fresh perspectives, and persistent well-being. My approach is down-to-earth, with humor, compassion and acceptance.
