I work with clients who are of middle school age through adulthood including Seniors. I work with individuals, couples and families. From depression, anxiety, addictions, relationship issues, communication problems, women's and men's health specific related issues to general support, I have worked with and helped many people over the years. Throughout Life we often need a professional to help us achieve our very best.

Life is short. My goal is to help people find purpose and to overcome some of life's bumps. I work with people of all ages in individual, group, family and with couples who are experiencing feelings/emotions that are getting in the way of living a happy, fulfilled life. Lets face it, sometimes we just need someone to listen and help us learn skills that will get us back on track and feeling better. I work with people that are struggling with anxiety, depression, life events/traumas, bipolar disorder, teen/child issues, couples counseling, finding purpose and many others.

To help identify negative communication patterns and strengthen communication with others. I provide an assortment of parenting ideas to help families live together with a better understanding and appreciation of each other. Now accepting online clients! I am a board certified telemental health counselor providing online counseling for residents of Missouri. I currently offer online sessions for individuals, couples, and families. I have worked for several large community mental health agencies, a local college counseling center, provided psychotherapy for the University system and numerous co-occurring substance facilities. It is through these experiences that I continue to be passionate about helping all clients improve their lives, relationships and their mental health.
