Harbor Psychological Associates is an established group of experienced, skilled and compassionate mental health professionals providing confidential, quality services. We are psychologists and counselors who are here to help adults, children, couples and families who are dealing with a wide range of issues. Jenny works from a person-centered perspective as she believes that clients know more about themselves than the therapist can. With the passion and ability to do therapy and psychological evaluations, Jenny is able to accept anyone. From individual, group, family, and couples therapy to substance abuse treatment and psychological evaluations, Jenny can do it all.

Dr. Weisbrod is a Pain Psychologist and Psychophysiologist, working with chronic pain patients whose ages range from 14–89 years old. He has many years of experience in Neuropsychological and Psychological assessment as well as treatment of a multitude of psychological and psychiatric disorders. Treatment modalities are generally person centered, cognitive-behavioral therapy utilizing a variety of evidence based clinical techniques (e.g., mindfulness, biofeedback, stress management, pain management, and relaxation training.

Paige has experience working with individuals of various ages and backgrounds, including those seeking treatment for depression, anxiety, life adjustments, relationship issues, anger issues, grief, loss, and trauma. Paige values a strength-based, person-centered approach to therapy. She believes that every person has strengths and the potential to grow, meet their goals, and regain control in their life. She frequently applies Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to treatment, helping clients challenge their thinking and improve emotional regulation.
