I am pleased to work with adults of all races who experience challenges with significant life changes, depression, anxiety, grief and loss, trauma, recovery from substance use and food addiction. I specialize in helping people with compassionate, strength-based, self-acceptance; enhanced self-esteem; mindfulness; and loving self-care. I engage with clients holistically supporting them to find emotional, intellectual, spiritual, social, financial and physical well-being.

I am a Nationally Certified Professional Licensed Counselor with years of experience working with children, families, and individuals. I understand that seeking help can be a difficult and vulnerable process. Therefore, I use a compassionate, educational, and individualized approach to therapy, recognizing that you are unique and require a tailored approach.

Dealing with depression or anxiety can feel scary, lonely, and hopeless. Talking with a mental health professional can help ease the symptoms. By using warmth, empathy, and unconditional positive regard, clients can build a healthy therapeutic relationship and feel heard and understood. Therapy is a great way to gain skills and healthy coping mechanisms to learn how to handle with difficulties that arise in our daily lives.

London obtained her Masters in Clinical Social Work from Michigan State University. She’s interested in working with adults who she can help identify their purpose and truest potential, using your life experiences to gain a deeper understanding to heal yourself from the inside out.
