My passion has been inspired by my own experiences, guiding me towards a path where I can support others through their personal journeys of growth and healing. We are each shaped differently by our own individual experiences, and as such, our mental health and recovery may also look quite different! It is my belief that you are the expert when it comes to your own experiences, which is why I take a person-centered approach to therapy. This can be an intimidating process to begin, and it’s important that my clients feel as comfortable and supported as possible.
