I have had the pleasure of working in a variety of therapeutic settings over the past eleven years, including schools, mental health hospitals and private practice. I have worked extensively with children and adults in my former roles as an outpatient therapist.
I am an integrative counselor who utilizes various modalities and interventions including Person-Centered, Cognitive Behavioral, Dialectical Behavioral and Psychodynamic Therapies. In my work with children, I often include play therapy techniques based on individual needs. These include sand tray, role-play, art and creative movement.
