I am a licensed psychotherapist, who works with individuals, couples, and/or families using compassionate, directive, evidence-based therapy. I also provide equine-assisted psychotherapy (therapy done by interacting with horses). Equine therapy is done offsite at a nearby location.

I have experience working with people of various ages, identities, religious/spiritual beliefs, and sexualities. We focus on the clinical needs for all ages; young children, school-aged children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. We offer day, evening, and weekend sessions, to support diverse individual and family needs.

I will not take sides. There isn't something wrong with you. You are not weak for seeking counseling. This practice focuses on partner relational problems, sexual intimacy, parenting, step-parenting, career, depression/anxiety, spiritual distress, anger management, grief/loss, and family/individual management of severe mental and medical diagnoses.

I strongly believe that therapy helps give every individual the power to own who they are, and who they want to be.
