My clients want to move out of feeling stuck and into a meaningful life. Present, open, awareness, is a skillset that we will build incrementally within our sessions. My specialty is in cultivating healthy relationship dynamics, with self and others. I specialize in supporting parents and children with autism and other behavioral challenges, pre-teens/teens/adults with learning healthy emotional release and aligning with their authentic expression, and adults moving through life transitions such as divorce/break ups/and career transition who are learning to find themselves again and rebuild their lives.
I use ABA, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Rapid Resolution Therapy, to teach skills that will support having a calm, balanced nervous system, access the wisdom of emotions, release the traps of shame and judgement, align with values, and take committed action. We move from survival mechanisms to flourishing in life and relationships.
