I am a BIPoC therapist (she/her) with training in art therapy, a solid background in liberation psychology, and cognitive behavioral therapy. I use art with individuals and couples to help them identify unhelpful patterns and break out of them, gaining resiliency, new communication skills, empowerment, and a sense of serenity in the process.
The foundation of effective therapy is a solid therapeutic relationship. For me this means that our work relies on mutual trust, collaboration, and empathy. I believe that all my clients hold the key to their own health... sometimes we just need a little guidance!
