As a queer neurospicy first-gen Latina, it is essential to serve the BIPOC community and a way to stay connected to my roots; I offer psychotherapy services in English, Portuguese and Spanish. I adapt my work to clients’ needs and create a safer space for clients to process their life experiences. My therapeutic approach is person-centered and strength-based and revolves around building rapport and a trusting relationship by working with clients to allow them to understand their own stories. My therapy specialties range from anxiety, depression, life transitions, anger management, coping skills, body neutrality, chronic illnesses, and self-esteem.
