I use an eclectic approach that is person centered and strengths based. I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy, behavioral activation, mindfulness, and motivational interviewing. I help people who are struggling with anxiety, addiction, depression, life transitions, trauma, and women’s issues. We can determine together what works best for you,
I have been helping people help themselves and work towards achieving their goals of mental wellness since 2013. I am a strong believer that everyone deserves to live a life that they are happy with.
