If you are experiencing anxiety related to new life circumstances; relationship, family, school/career struggles; and/or a mental health issue, I would love to provide whatever assistance you may need! I am a Licensed Psychologist with a PhD in Clinical Psychology and 20+ years of experience working with clients of all ages, a wide range of problems/diagnoses, as individuals and in various groupings. Prior, I served as a school psychologist and teacher in the public schools. I currently provide therapy for individuals (adults, teens, preteens), couples, families, other groupings, as well as consultations on various topics.
As a therapist, I act as an empathically in-tuned leader who maintains a therapeutic environment in which you will feel valued and secure enough to explore and get in touch with your strengths and the constraints that are limiting your functioning. The goal of intervention is to remove the constraints and facilitate personal and interpersonal growth.
