Seeking out therapy can feel daunting. My work as a therapist is motivated by the understanding that everyone has skills to develop, past hurts to heal, and a strong side of them that has helped them through very difficult times. Everyone could use a supportive environment to grow.

Together, we can pick the type of treatment that best suits you. I most often use Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing therapy (EMDR), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), but am trained in other modalities. I also use Exposure and Response Prevention to treat OCD.

I work with children, teens, and adults in individual counseling. Our clinic accepts a variety of insurances and self-pay - please call and ask about your specific insurance. Additionally, I work with clients in the CCS programs of Portage County and Marathon County.
