I really enjoy working with clients of varying ages and needs. My ideal client is one who is willing to take a journey of self exploration and find the strength within themselves to heal and grow.
I work with children ages 4 and up, including neurodivergent clients of all ages. I work with many populations including women, LGBTQ+, and Autistics. I specialize in helping clients improve and resolve relationship issues, depression/anxiety, low self worth, parenting challenges, communication issues and family conflict.
I enjoy helping people navigate this crazy journey called life. My passion is to assist clients on their path to grow and improve themselves while increasing their ability to build genuine connection with others.
