As a licensed professional counselor, my goal is to help individuals, couples, and families identify areas where change is needed to enhance growth, harmony, and balance in their lives. I take a holistic approach to therapy by incorporating a variety of therapeutic modalities into my practice including CBT, Trauma Focused-Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, Person Centered Therapy, Family Systems Therapy, Imago Therapy, DBT, Mindfulness Based Therapy (i.e., meditation, guided imagery, deep breathing), Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Hypnotherapy, Play Therapy, Art Therapy, Sand Tray Therapy, and Animal Assisted Therapy.

As a teen, I was different and experienced a lot of loneliness due to that feeling of being different. It would have been so helpful to have had someone to talk to and help me through those times in my life. In my 20s, I went through more dark times and found a therapist the helped me so much and inspired me to help others. I want all people to know that they do not have to walk life's hard times alone and that their story matters to someone.

Stephanie Cole, obtained her Bachelor's degree from Southern Methodist University. Stephanie knew at the age of 15 that she would study psychology and her ultimate goal was to build a safe and healthy place for individuals, to not only understand their mental illness, but learn how to cope with those various illnesses. Moving back to Dallas, Georgia, Stephanie planted her roots and began to expand on her life long dream. She received her Master's degree in counseling psychology from The Georgia School of Professional Psychology. She is licensed by the State of Georgia as a licensed professional counselor.

Dr. Akin Ayeni specializes in Primary care psychiatry which includes treatment of anxiety,depression,PTSD,panic attacks,ADHD and chronic insomnia He is also an addiction disease specialist with over 36 years in medical practice. He is a Morehouse scholar from where he completed a residency program in Family Practice. He completed a fellowship in Primary care psychiatry at the University of California,Irvine.He licenses to practice medicine in Georgia,Maryland and Delaware;West VA &N Carolina He sees all his patients by telehealth video visits in these three states and write them E-prescriptions at the pharmacy of their choices
