I have a 100% online professional counseling service, using video conferencing. I work with clients ages 12 and and a wide variety of issues, I particularly enjoy working with clients dealing with depression, anxiety, trauma, stress, anger, and adjustment issues. I am eclectic and holistic in my approach to therapy, drawing from various systems of therapy to meet the individual needs of the client, and encompassing care of the body, mind, and spirit. While I do not impose my beliefs on clients, I am a Christian and willingly deal with spiritual matters that clients may bring to counseling.

Feeling you should be something you are not is unbearable: what is core to you can be honored, and what is not can be examined and then embraced, accepted or changed. What we choose to value, and how we pursue those values, dictate what we are to become. Some things cannot be changed, and yet we can choose how we move around them. Being true to yourself can sometimes seem like a difficult choice, and we all must decide when and how to realize our potential, even in the face of adversity.

I have received training on Ethics, Responding to the Military Child with Exceptional Needs, Suicide Prevention and others. I prefer to take a Solution-Focused Approach when providing therapy.
