Our objective is to ensure you feel your best and stay that way. We provide counseling services to all consumers starting at 18 years old and older, regardless of race, gender, or religion. Our programs and services at a glance include individual counseling, trauma stabilization & therapy, career counseling & coaching, professional training, and community outreach. We do not provide substance abuse and drug detox treatment or any clinical services for severe patients who may need in-patient or PHP.

My theoretical orientation is Solution Based Therapy from an approach of systemic perspective. I believe that this is an umbrella from which other strategies and techniques can be implemented. This theoretical orientation affords individuals, couples and families a comfortable, and congruent environment to be assured an empathetic, authentic, and non-anxious presence in session.

She also enjoys working with couples dealing with sexual issues, communication differences, and infidelity. Kyra is an authentic and direct therapist. After years of Pastoral Counseling, I decided to get my professional license. I have a heart to help people who have experienced trauma to be healed from the inside out. As a minister and a pastor's daughter, I also have a desire to provide a safe, confidential place for ministers and their families to go for counseling. I also trained in play therapy. While I mostly counsel from a Cognitive Behavioral approach, I also use interventions from other therapies depending on individual client needs.

I am passionate about helping young people live life in wholeness. I see ages nine and up. My areas of specialty are ADHD, anxiety, depression, self-harming behaviors, stress management, school-related issues, and family transitions. I'm trained in EMDR, a therapy technique for those who've experienced trauma.
