I am bilingual in Spanish and can help the Latin community in many different capacities. I lived in the Dominican Republic as a teenager so I am very well culturally versed. Previously, I worked as a school-based therapist and have experience treating ADHD, oppositional defiance, autism and emotional distress in adolescents and teens. I also have experience working with DFCS and providing court testimony for families. I also have experience providing counseling for children, teens, & adults struggling with trauma, depression, anxiety, suicide ideations, PTSD and relationship issues.

I am an experienced, effective professional working with clients to help clear away that which obscures clarity. Grounded in the belief that people inherently possess the knowledge and ability needed, they may need help to break through the emotional and cognitive defenses that block them from moving forward. I have a strong affinity for working with 20-somethings and men who are having life and relationship challenges. I create a safe, comfortable, & non-judgmental environment for exploration, insight, and change! Client ages 18+ preferred.
