My name is Ashley Cumbess and I am a Licensed Mental Health Therapist that approaches therapy from a person - centered, solution focused perspective utilizing motivational interviewing and Cognitive Behavioral / Mindfulness Based Therapy techniques. I have been working with individuals and families for 9+ years in all different places and stages of life.
I am a very REAL person that happens to be a therapist and has found a true calling in helping people navigate some of their deepest and hardest life struggles.
