Life Coaching offers a streamlined approach to achieving your life goals. I work with motivated clients devoted to empowering themselves with the skills and strategies that will help them achieve their loftiest goals. As your Life Coach, we take inventory of your personal strengths to build on, as well as identify any obstacles to your success. We then collaborate on strategies (new habits, ways of thinking, communication, etc.) that will most likely overcome obstacles to your thriving success.
My coaching services build on my 15 year career (retired 2022) as a clinical psychologist, during which I specialized in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) focused on helping clients 'get over the past' of their rough childhood that continued to affect their life and relationships.
Coaching with me is a judgement-free, supportive relationship in which we steadily pursue your goals. No subjects are off limits as we simply identify obstacles, and then ways to overcome each obstacle. Join me online or at my office in downtown Houma as we move toward your personal goals!
