Are you ready to engage in an experience of growth and healing? Do you sometimes feel stuck? I would like to help you figure out how to get your needs met, to increase hope and to help you to engage in a better relationship with YOU and others in your life. Lets brainstorm together. My training and experience lies in addiction treatment, codependency recovery, nature focused treatment, treatment of PTSD and trauma, mood disorders, personality disorders and psychotic disorders. I am also developing an online codependency recovery group as well as a nature based outdoors based therapy group in the Midcoast area.
I believe that all human beings are unique and that therapy can be used to access unique tools to improve mental health. I support clients in practicing and developing a sense of safety and active engagement in their relationship with themselves and others. I believe in cultivating independence and healthy connections in our lives as well as to nature.
