I specialize in Child and Adolescent Development and Behavioral issues such as oppositional behaviors, conduct issues, school conflict and parent child relationship concerns. I also have extensive helping Adolescents and Adults better manage emotional around depressive and anxious concerns and existential issues that are more around meaning, purpose and the direction and function of ones life and choices.

I utilize a mixture of Cognitive Behavior, Existential and Psycho-dynamic approaches (depending on the clients needs and goals) toward helping them improve their stress management, depressive symptoms, and behavioral concerns as well as exploring their understanding of themselves and answering deeper questions around meaning/purpose which may cause distress.

In the first session we will discuss the different kinds of therapy and try and match each client with what will work best for their concerns. We discuss how therapy can help and what are its limits so each client can get the most out of their therapeutic experience.
