I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with 16 years of experience providing individual, couples, and family therapy. My goal is to provide a space in which you feel safe, heard, and validated. I have a background in systems theory but I also pull from other frameworks including psychodynamic approaches, client-centered, and CBT.

I work with clients who are facing a range of challenges including major life transitions, aging, anxiety/depression, and relationship issues. I work with couples interested in improving their relationships by resolving communication problems, coping with infidelity, and enhancing physical and emotional intimacy. I provide poetry therapy upon request.

My style is warm, intuitive, nonjudgmental, and strengths-based. I provide in-person therapy to individuals and couples in a cozy office in Georgetown, MA on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
