As a parent myself I am here to help you and your child learn better skills.
I offer nutritional education, meditation and mindfulness-based practices and help you with identifying root causes of problems. I use play therapy techniques to help children develop helpful insight and improved skills. I use EMDR to help others challenge their negative thought patterns, heavy emotions, and negative views of self
My goal is to provide you with holistic level of therapy services. You will be provided with services customized for YOU, that makes you feel good. I work to understand your emotional, physical, and spiritual, and social health and how to improve all the pillars and obtain better balance.
