I'm an LPC, (Licensed Professional Counselor) wife, and mother of four who recognizes that some of life's hurdles are just plain unavoidable, but giving up should not be an option. After almost 20 years in the corporate world, I left to pursue my passion for helping others heal and learn to live well. I have experience in a variety of areas, but I specialize in trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD and parenting support. I know what it's like to feel like you're doing "all the right things", only for life to convince you that you're failing.
I offer services in person and online. Aside from therapy, I also offer ADHD coaching for teens and adults, and ADHD parent training.
I use a collaborative approach that encourages clients to participate in their own rescue. You are stronger than you think. Call for an appointment today.
