I find passion in helping clients find their sense of self and cultivate their identity. Folks looking to change and grow, get a handle on their anxieties or manage depression, or those wanting to improve their self-appreciation are those I feel honored to serve. In particular, I hope to help Queer folks on their own journeys - whether that be transition/identity exploration, relationship challenges, or otherwise!
My focus is on meeting folks where they're at to help support their goals and self-improvement. I believe a person's strengths and unique qualities can be utilized for growth. I utilize a mix of narrative, CBT/DBT, and other techniques to best serve those in need. I also offer letter writing for folks seeking medical transition within Massachusetts.
