You deserve to be happy. Yes, you read that right. YOU deserve the happiness in life that you might be lacking. Are you not sure what that looks like or how to achieve the seemingly impossible task? That's okay! Counseling can help you assess problem areas, think of new solutions, and empower you to make changes in a non-judgmental and supportive environment. No issue, conflict, or concern is too big or too small to talk about in therapy. I have experience helping clients with a variety of issues and integrate many techniques to suit each person and family.
I am one of only a few Marriage and Family Therapists in Northern Michigan. I specialize in working with couples and families to provide skills that they can utilize at home to strengthen their relationships. Although therapy can be work, I strive to make the experience as enjoyable as possible.
Office hours are Tuesday and Thursday 10 - 6 PM, Saturday 10-5pm. Sessions can be telehealth or in-office. The office is closed Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday. Telesessions are as simple as downloading a free app on your smart phone (high speed internet or phone data required). Waitlist for Saturday appointments.
