I am a compassionate and skilled therapist specializing in trauma, PTSD, and children's issues. With a deep commitment to promoting healing and growth, I offer comprehensive support to individuals of all ages, from infants to seniors, and is equally devoted to empowering families and women's mental health. My expertise extends to diverse areas, including Domestic Violence, Sexual Assault, Substance Abuse, Children Abuse/Neglect, Children Behavior Problems, Exposure of Children to Domestic Violence and/or Sexual Assault, Parent Education, Maternal/Paternal Health, Young Adult Mental Health, Crisis Intervention and Family Services.

I offer outpatient counseling services to individuals, couples, and families as part of your healing journey. I have training and experience working with a variety of issues, such as depression, anxiety, trauma, domestic violence, self-esteem, conflict, and communication. I am also trained and experienced to integrate the Christian faith for whom this is important.

We offer therapy from a nonjudgmental, secular viewpoint and have a compassionate and accepting approach to all clients. We specialize in working with those marginalized for reasons around their sexuality (i.e. LGBQ+, Kink/Alternative, etc.), their gender (i.e. Trans*, non-binary, etc.), their relationship style (i.e. Consensual nonmonogamy, polyam, etc.), and/or their religion (including Atheists, and those choosing to leave their religion). Therapy interventions we offer include mindfulness, somatic/body based practice, movement based practice, as well as traditional psychotherapy / "talk therapy".

I specialize in postpartum mood disorders (such as anxiety or depression), birth trauma, and recovering from spiritual abuse (such as leaving high demand religions or cults), and eating disorders. I am specifically trained in EMDR for trauma reprocessing and healing.

I have helped clients of all ages and backgrounds successfully face a multitude of challenges related to family, school/work, post-partum, parenting, and self-image; including anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, attachment relationships (parent/child), trauma, grief and loss.
