Hi, I’m Dominique, and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and EMDR clinical in the state of Florida. I earned my doctorate in Family Therapy from Nova Southeastern University in 2018; I have worked as an Outpatient Therapist for nearly 8+ and have also been a Certified Teacher with Miami Dade Public Schools for over 13 years. I am a Certified Family Mediator with the State of Florida. My goal as a therapist is to provide a supportive and engaging environment where we explore unresolved conflicts together and find new ways to break relationship patterns that keep you stuck.
As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I treat children, adolescents, couples and any individual struggling with depression, LGBTQ issues, marital conflicts, domestic violence, and more. Providing therapeutic services to people who are seeking change in their personal and professional lives by utilizing various models such as Solution-Focused Therapy.
As an experienced therapist, I have been assisting clients to reach their full potential with Face-to-Face sessions and via Teletherapy. I pride myself on creating a non-judgmental environment that allows the client to feel safe to discuss their life challenges. I also provide therapy sessions in Haitian-Creole.
