At Behavior Analysis and Intervention Center, our trained Behavior Analysts and Registered Behavior Technicians work with families to assess and analyze their child’s skills to create an individualized plan to increase communication and social skills, while simultaneously reducing maladaptive behaviors using Applied Behavior Analysis. SERVICES AVAILABLE DURING COVID-19 CRISIS: Beginning the week of 3/23/2020 I will begin providing counseling services via telemental health, as this protects your health and has also been shown to be as effective as face-to-face counseling in an office. I use a HIPPA compliant platform that protects your privacy and confidentiality. I will be providing counseling services to children, adolescents and adults. I will be offering sliding scale fees for individuals who have lost a significant portion of their income during this crisis. I will also provide documentation you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.

In therapy I will meet you where you are and help navigate through your current and past challenges. We begin by exploring your history, patterns of behavior, thought processes and relationships that have formed you thus far. Together we will build a therapeutic relationship and begin your path to wholeness.

Terry Samuels earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice in December 1994 from Armstrong Atlantic University. Terry obtained his Master of Public Administration degree in December 1996 from Georgia State University. Terry obtained his Master of Professional Counseling degree in December 2015 from Grand Canyon University. Terry completed a 10-month internship at Intown Psychological Associates and completed the hours required for his associate license. Terry is a fully licensed therapist in the state of Georgia (LPC011391). Terry obtained his doctorate in psychology from Grand Canyon University in November of 2023.

Therapy is a process where people can feel emotionally safe. Therapy provides a time and place to focus upon problem solving, growing, and making changes to achieve goals. I meet with children, adolescents, adults, families, and couples to address behavioral, emotional, and relational issues. I offer behavioral, emotional, and relational therapeutic interventions to assist my clients. Personal effectiveness and self awareness are important in making choices to promote positive results in life experiences of school, work, and relationships.
