I specialize in grief and loss, depression, anxiety and life transitions in children and adolescents.
I truly enjoy hearing people's stories, though understand it can sometimes be difficult to find the words. Through art making, verbal therapy and other creative modalities, I support individuals and families work through challenges and losses in a way that feels most natural to them.
