Everyone has times in their lives where they are confused, conflicted, or struggling with something that requires help from others. Finding the right person to help can be overwhelming, but thankfully that is why I am here! I am a trained outside voice to help you begin the process of understanding what your roadblocks to success, happiness, and general well-being are. We will work together to give you the tools to start identifying and changing thinking patterns that no longer suit you or your needs. We will create a safe, non-judgmental space for you to find your voice to be able to share your thoughts and feelings.

Looking inward and reflecting on what makes you feel most vulnerable allows you to determine the influence those vulnerabilities have on you. Therapy is a place where you're able to reframe and shape those vulnerabilities into strengths- allowing you the freedom to be your fullest, happiest self. I am passionate about helping you uncover your true potential- whether this is done by processing trauma, honing in on daily stressors, or creating building blocks to reach goals. I strive to work with you, to help you feel heard, and to discover new tools or ways of thinking in order to become unstuck and move forward.

Currently accepting new clients. I utilize a holistic approach to therapy, joining with you to help you reach your goals. I work with all ages including family work with children as young as 2. I have years of experience working with parents and children, as well as adult clients. I have a background in child development in addition to my training as a clinical social worker. My areas of specialty include: anxiety, life transitions, mood disorders, developmental disabilities, ADHD, and autism. I accept individuals, couples, families and co parenting referrals.

For over twenty-five years, I have been practicing in the field of psychotherapy. During this time, I have specialized in the treatment of both adults and children living with ADHD. I have also worked with many individuals and families dealing with depression, anxiety, and difficulty adjusting with changes, such as divorce and/or problems derived from relationships.

I have been in private practice for over 15 years specializing in treating individuals from age 12 into older adulthood. I have extensive psychodynamic training but ulilize an eclectic intervention approach. I believe in direct and honest feedback which works well for most patients.
