I am a board certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner licensed in Washington state. I went into healthcare to serve others; I started from the bottom and walked my way up. I went from a certified nursing assistant to a vocational nurse to a registered nurse and now a nurse practitioner.

I am a licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, having earned my doctorate in Nursing Practice from Seattle University’s Advanced Practice Nursing program. My doctoral research focused on supporting the mental health of transgender and nonbinary youth in the primary care setting. Prior to nursing school, I received a Masters degree in HIV and Community Health from Sonoma State University's Hutchins School of Liberal Studies. Additionally, I have experience coordinating with adolescent inpatient programs, Seattle Children’s Hospital clinics, school district special education programs (IEP/504), and ABA services.

He utilizes a holistic, collaborative, and integrative approach to provide personalized, evidence-based, and non-judgmental psychiatric care. Ioana Hall is a graduate of Seattle University, having earned a Doctorate Degree in Nursing Practice, specializing in Psychiatry. She was born and raised in Romania. Dr. Hall has worked for over a decade in different roles, providing direct inpatient care at a local psychiatric hospital, where she ultimately completed her preceptorship. Dr. Hall has been with Discovery MD since early April, 2023. She has a passion for holistic medicine combined with individualized pharmaceutical and alternative psychiatric treatment to effectively target symptoms associated with all psychiatric disorders, specifically treatment-resistant MDD.
