Susan’s professional history spans more than 25 years, working with children, teens, and young adults in various settings including the NICU, 20 years in pediatric primary care, and more recently, a multi-specialty pediatric clinic, in the Developmental and Behavioral Pediatrics Division, as well as outpatient private practice.

Victor is a doctorate prepared psychiatric and mental health provider who concentrates on children and adult with ADHD, Depression, Anxiety, Developmental problems, PTSD, Schizophrenia, Substance use disorders (Addiction Health), Bipolar disorder, Dementia, and other behavioral health issues. He has over 15 years experience in general and mental health care practice which spans across Canada and the US. He graduated from the Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) program at the University of South Alabama. He was inducted into the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society, Zeta Gamma Chapter.

Jessica (she/her) specializes in the Psychiatric assessment and treatment of children, adolescents, and young adults. She has over 20 years of experience treating PTSD, Anxiety, Bipolar Disorder, Depression, Anxiety, OCD, and ADHD- among other mental health concerns. She knows that medication doesn't solve every problem, but can be a necessary tool that aids in supporting therapeutic goals for long term healing. Having worked in a children's psychiatric hospital for much of her career, she is very eager to prevent higher levels of care when possible.

Nana O. Winbush is board certified by Virginia board of Medicine/Nursing Prescriptive Authority as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She manages Hampton Psych NPs, PLLC, where she is currently taking clients in person appointments at 11030 Warwick Blvd, Ste A, Newport News VA or via Telehealth appointments (www.hamptonpsychnp.org). Nana collaborates with skilled Psychiatrist/MDs and experienced counselors and social workers to provide one-on-one individual, family, or group therapy sessions tailored towards the individuals’ unique situation.

I have a passion for mental health and make a commitment to my clients that I will care for them as I would a family member. I’ve been a nurse since 2002 and worked in the Neuroscience Unit and Surgical Trauma ICU at VCU. In 2012, I graduated from VCU with a degree in Adult Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. I worked with inmates at the Henrico Jail for several years, practiced telemedicine (before it was cool) from home for 1 year working with clients in Appalachia, and then I worked with Diamond Healthcare in nursing homes and inpatient for crisis and substance abuse. Most recently, I worked for Zoe Therapy Services.

Her main goal is to improve each patient's quality of life by providing them with the tools they need to retain emotional and mental stability.
