I am a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health and Family Nurse Practitioner currently licensed in TX, CO, UT, AZ, NV & WA. I have been in practice for 21 years as both a registered nurse and a nurse practitioner. I graduated from University of Texas Health Science, Houston Texas, and obtained my Master of Nursing degree as a family nurse practitioner (FNP) in 2014, and post-master’s certificate as a psychiatric nurse practitioner (PMHNP). I further advanced to obtain Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree from Capella University of Minneapolis.

Dr. Jin is a double board-certified addiction psychiatrist at Modern Psychiatry Center. She specializes in medication management of various psychiatric conditions, such as depressive disorders, anxiety disorders, bipolar disorders, PTSD and ADHD. As a board-certified psychiatrist, Sabeen has worked in different mental health care settings including inpatient, outpatient, interventional psychiatry, and long-term care.
