About
Welcome! Congrats on taking the first step to wellness! Whether you have struggled with mental health issues all your life or if this is new for you, you're in the right place. I have a passion for helping others' find their best selves; it's never too late to start this journey! I see clients age 16 and up for acute and chronic depression, anxiety and panic, stress, grief, ADHD, bipolar disorder, OCD, PTSD, and psychosis, among others.
After an initial evaluation, we can come up with a treatment plan together that may include medication and/or lifestyle changes, as well as therapy referrals. Labwork may be ordered to rule out medical causes for symptoms or for medication monitoring, among other reasons. Collaboration with your other care providers may be appropriate as well.
Starting mental health treatment can be frustrating, intimidating, and even scary! I want to create a safe, warm environment for you to heal and find your best self. Who knows, we may even have some fun along the way! Call or email (contact@memorialparkpsychiatry.com) for an appointment today. Telehealth appointments available!
