Dr. Loretta Oguonu, is a board-certified doctorate prepared psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner. I maintain LACKA Behavioral Health, a private owned practice which specializes in the treatment of younger adults and older adults with a broad range of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorders, impulsivity, and many more. I have 16 years’ experience as a nurse in mental health disorders and has been treating younger adults and older adults as a board-certified psychiatric and mental health nurse practitioner for 8 years.

We specialize in the treatment of depression and other disorders including bipolar, ADHD, OCD, anxiety disorders, panic disorders, schizophrenia, Disruptive Mood Dysregulation Disorders (DMDD), substance use, etc. Our expertise is in treating patients with depression, especially Treatment Resistant Depression (TRD), with a thorough diagnostic evaluation, neuropsychological testing, pharmacogenomic testing and using a range of treatment modalities, including Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) and FDA approved medications for TRD including Spravato. I have an extensive psychiatric experience, having worked for over 12 years in one of the NJ state-established long-term psychiatric hospital and experience in General and Addiction Psychiatry. I also have experience working both in inpatient and outpatient psychiatric settings, and treating clients from various ethnic and cultural groups. I am a highly motivated and organized individual passionate about caring for the mental health and addiction population, and my philosophy is to tailor each client’s care to their need.

Victory Bay offers a variety of client-centered programs treating Substance Use Disorder and Mental Health. We help our clients successfully detox from drugs and alcohol in a comfortable inpatient or outpatient setting. Accommodations will be made for 24 hour staffing and clients will be cared for by licensed staff including Psychiatrists, APN, RN, etc. Detox is an individualized process, and we have found that a holistic approach is ideal when trying to successfully treat substance use disorder.

Dr. Yeo is an American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology board certified psychiatrist specializing in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry as well as Adult Psychiatry. She offers evidence-based treatment that is individualized to the unique needs of each patient with psychotherapy and medication management. She has experience working with all ages from school aged children to older adults.
