I've had the privilege of helping people with depression, anxiety, PTSD, ADHD, and other psychiatric disorders in different practices. My previous focus was predominantly on individuals of all ages suffering from attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD).
I have contributed to our community by volunteering for search and rescue efforts in the past, as well as offering free or reduced-cost classes in AHA CPR courses, land navigation, and TCCC.
My treatment approach when working with a new client is holistic in nature. I understand that many different aspects of one's life can have profound effects on other areas. While medications can be effective, they are often unnecessary if one can identify the underlying issues. I believe that everyone can benefit from a helping hand during difficult times.
