**Accepting New Clients** I am the sole owner and provider of a small practice in South Salem. In my practice, I see clients from 14+ for the diagnosis, treatment, and evaluation of mental illnesses. I offer brief therapy with specific goals, I use an adaptive modality to focus on each individual client's need at the time. In addition, I also prescribe and manage medications both in person at my brick and mortar practice, and given the advances in security and communication via telepsychiatry appointments scheduled via my office staff with established clients as Oregonian law stipulates at least every six months that we meet.
I am passionate about mental health and practice evidence-based care. I graduated from Vanderbilt University in 2016. My practice style is down-to-earth and direct. I try to be mindful of the fact that most people find the idea of visiting a mental health provider daunting, and our goal is to remove the stigma and offer supportive compassionate care.
As mentioned above my practice is small which means I get to know each of my clients and their needs rather well as we go along in the process of building rapport. As such, initial appointments are a chance to see if both parties are a good fit for working toward the united goal of managed mental wellness. Please allow me to offer my services.
